Might add language support to #DinoCrisis2 now that I figured out an easy way to override room text without soft patching the entire data segment. Font is new and everything, pretty much what PlayStation had in that regard, just double the size, supports most latin characters.

A little preview as we're approaching the weekend. More framebuffer effects are being restored (menu opening is 100% identical, closing had to be approximated 'cause axed code). Oh, and pick up text is fixed + running at comparable speed to the shorter Japanese text. #DinoCrisis2
