@anicolebell @GOtransit Long story short - GO said Halton Hills was responsible for it and HH said GO was. I suspect it's a bit tricky due to whomever owns and uses the lot. Anyway, I think they finally got it figured out, at least for now.

@GOtransit @anicolebell Called this number. It's an emergency line so not the right number to call but thankfully I spoke with someone who is actually going to try to sort it out. She is going to call Halton Hills as a rep of Metrolinx and let them know they need to plow the lot properly.

@anicolebell @GOtransit I have contacted GO many times over 2 winters re this lot and nothing has been done, despite assurances that they will deal with it. They did say that Halton Hills is in charge of clearing that lot and told ME to call HH. I called yesterday and was told they will look into it.

@mattiojelly @GOtransit Hi Matt, I'm surprised GO didn't mention this, but you can set a "Default Trip" through the Presto App so you don't have to tap off if you are always traveling between the same 2 stations.
