With an increasing number of high deductible plans in the state, people are paying astronomical out-of-pocket costs for the full spectrum of pregnancy care, impacting their ability to decide if, when, & how to start or grow their families.
Now, we're working to change that.👇
Affordable, high-quality child care is essential to achieving true reproductive equity in Massachusetts.
We were proud to testify this week in support of the Common Start bills, legislation to create a five-year pathway to affordable, universal child care in the state. 👏👶
If you're a parent in MA, I guarantee you have a story worth telling about how hard & expensive it is to find child care here.
Can you take five minutes to share your story with us—the Legislature needs to hear from parents!—& forward this to your parent friends?
Have you been impacted by the (ridiculously) high cost of child care in Massachusetts? The Legislature needs to hear from YOU!
We’d love to work with you to turn your story into legislative testimony.

Granite Staters share a deep commitment to reproductive freedom.
But after legislative setbacks from a small group of anti-abortion politicians — including the state’s 1st abortion ban passed in 2021 — there's work to do to protect access to repro health care in New Hampshire.
We have been working toward this moment for years and I couldn’t be prouder and more excited! Deep investments in regional blocks for abortion access drawing on state-based expertise (in New England and beyond!) is our path to victory.
For over 50 years, @reproequity_now has advocated and organized locally to create statewide change in Massachusetts.
Today, we’re officially expanding our advocacy work across New England to build a regional block for abortion access.
Here's how👇🎊
I hope you will join me and the incredible team at @reproequity_now on 7/25 for an action-oriented conversation about reproductive freedom in our Commonwealth. Come to listen, learn, and be part of the ongoing fight for justice.

Happy Pride!
Repro justice is about eliminating the ways that all people, including LGBTQ+ individuals, are denied access to health care, rights & dignity by systems of oppression.
We won’t stop fighting until we break down these systems & ensure justice for all.
Congratulations to Mayor-Elect and @reproequity_now Town & City Champion @dspangallo on your victory!
We know you’ll champion reproductive freedom in Salem and beyond, and we can’t wait to get to work alongside you! 💪
I signed @reproequity_now’s Town & City Champion Pledge to commit to protecting every person’s right to access the full range of reproductive health care. This fight is local and we all have a role to play #ProudTownAndCityChamp#bospoli
I’m proud to sign @reproequity_now’s Town & City Champion Pledge! With constant attacks on reproductive health care nationally, we need action at all levels of government—including right here in Boston. If elected, I pledge to advance reproductive equity for all! #bospoli
