@VodafoneQatar I’m very frustrated with this poor quality of support and service that preaches any SLA, I no longer want to be a Vodafone customer and I’m moving to another service provider once I escalate all of this to the consumer protection and communication regulations authorities
@VodafoneQatar how come every time there’s a support case with u, it takes more than a week to get a proper response or resolution? Specially that the issue is from your side always!
@VodafoneQatar They still were unable at least share a temp one until they figure out the root cause. They were doing the same tests over and over again instead of providing a temporary solution while they check later at backend
@VodafoneQatar my home Internet is not working for 24 hours now and I’m not getting any call back from support, I have called several times and every time they tell me we will call you back shortly and then ignores me. If you’re unable to provide this service why offer it?
