@Serenki_Volchok В протоколе допроса пишется «Со слов опрашиваемого записано» и далее пересказываются показания от первого лица, так же, как говорит допрашиваемый. Так что в шапке протокола будет пол по паспорту, а в теле протокола будут показания напрямую как было сказано
