@NauticalThemed We all have a role in medicine, it’s what makes this field such a fulfilling experience. We’re able to collaborate with so many different fields of care to optimize patient health. To @drharrislakers ‘s credit though, I believe this was the exact point he was making.

Nursing expertise/experience is not transferable to being a doctor, and vice versa.

Totally separate training pathways and models. To be a nurse you go to nursing school, to be a physician you go to medical school.
