@Amit6ap @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares @RBI @CybercrimeCID It's happens with me on Citi bank 2 years ago. I was traveling and received a sms regarding 7000 rs spend online. I was shocked there was no otp and no any link.

Though @Citibank acknowledged and refunded the amount.

Happened with one of my other frnd as well. These banks are not relaible, as we have never seen them to support on these cases. May be the Fraudstar's bank account is in the same bank.
