The worst part? I barely used the car for a week and my EMI got deducted. Paying interest on a vehicle I can’t even drive!
To make it worse, zero calls or updates on the issue or timeline. Completely shameless customer service.

@Cars24Support I’ve been patient, but template assurances won’t solve the issue. If I don't receive a concrete resolution within the next 24 to 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and relevant authorities.
