Success looks different when nobody is watching.

That’s usually when it becomes real.

@SAnalyst135 I am also stepping forward to achieve similar milestone. Day gain of 67k..😎

🚨🔥 BULLS ARE BACK… OR IS THIS JUST A TRAP? 🐂📈

Market finally delivered a GREEN DAY! 💚
🐋 FIIs: ₹4,699 Cr SELL
🏦 DIIs: ₹5,182 Cr BUY — DIIs stepped in and absorbed the pressure. 👀

Now the real question… 😏

🐂 Will Bulls keep the green streak alive tomorrow?
🐻 Or will Bears charge back and spoil the party? 💥📉

👇 How was your day today — Green 💚, Red ❤️ or Flat 😐?

Can you name the one worst stock in your portfolio ?

🚨🏠 FLAT KA POSSESSION MIL GAYA… PAR KYA AAPKA GHAR LEGALLY SAFE HAI? 😨

Builder ne possession de diya.
Buyer EMI bhar raha hai. Maintenance de raha hai.
Lekin OC abhi tak nahi hai! 😳

Aur OC sirf ek formal certificate nahi hai. 👇

⚠️ Occupation ki legality par questions
⚡ Utilities & approvals mein complications
🏦 Resale/home loan mein problems
📄 Compliance & documentation issues
🔥 Fire-safety concerns
🚨 Construction unauthorised ya unsafe payi gayi toh authority enforcement/sealing action le sakti hai.

Kal ko fire ya serious mishap ho gaya, building unsafe declare ho gayi, ya authority ne occupation par action le liya — toh buyer jayega kahan? 😨

Builder ne flat bechte waqt ek-ek rupee liya, toh applicable OC/CC properly obtain karna bhi builder ki responsibility honi chahiye — buyer ki nahi.

🏠 Possession mil jaana ≠ project ki har legal requirement complete hona.

Flat kharidne se pehle sirf location, interiors aur amenities mat dekho.

OC. CC. Fire safety. Sanctioned plan. Approvals.
🔍 Sab verify karo.

👇 Would you buy a ₹1Cr+ flat if the builder says: “OC bas aa hi raha hai”?
