We hear a lot about how mamas can take care of themselves after their baby is born. We tell them to watch for sign and symptoms. We tell them to talk to the doctor. We tell them find a support group… but what are WE doing for the mamas we love postpartum?

Was super frustrated, and looked at my screensaver and it was a reminder to take a deep breath and everything is gonna be okay. My niece is really my reason to continue to keep going ❤️
@DeskOfJasmine So true!! I am fortunate enough to have an income and be able to afford gas, but for those that don’t work how do they expect us to pay for gas etc 😩
