@Paytmcare I’d used Paytm to reduce my headache with flight booking but looks like I’ve increased it .
If this is how complicated things are through Paytm, then its best i never book it through the app. I would rather prefer no travel agent involved & keep it direct with the airlines.

@Paytm I have been constantly posting the airlines screenshots of refund initiated by them . Now the travel agent i.e., paytm should be issuing my refund but no one is bothered to respond to my ticket since last 3 days. Is the kind of service expected from Paytm? Resolve my issue
