Dear GIC
Why must a patient be on the brink of organ failure before insurance recognizes the need for hospitalization?
Recently GIC make guidelines that suggest that hospital admission is justified only when a patient presents with extreme, end-stage clinical indicators—such as altered consciousness, active seizures, acute multi-organ dysfunction, or severe respiratory failure accompanying persistent fever.
Waiting for critical failure increases mortality. Once a patient reaches acute organ dysfunction or severe distress, even the best ICU care may not save them.
🩺 Proactive care saves lives. Effective medicine relies on early intervention—treating severe infections, administering IV fluids for extreme dehydration, and monitoring high-risk patients before they turn into life-threatening emergencies.
👨⚕️ Clinical judgment must lead. The decision to admit a patient should rest on the treating physician’s evaluation of medical necessity and risk mitigation, not rigid post-hoc checklists.
Preventative hospitalization reduces costs — Preventing critical care stays ultimately lowers the burden on the entire healthcare system.
The primary goal of healthcare—and insurance that supports it—should be to prevent critical illness, not wait for it to happen.

You don’t see pictures like this coming out of Israel. You don’t see Jews executing Arabs at point-blank range. Yet the propaganda has been so effective that millions of people believe that’s exactly what happens.
Palestinians will stab Jews for absolutely no reason, shoot innocent people at point-blank range, and hunt Jews in towns and villages, killing men, women, the elderly, and children. This is something you never hear Israelis do, yet millions believe the lies.
The power of propaganda is not measured by how often a lie is told, but by how many people come to accept it as truth.
Even Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels wasn’t as successful at propaganda or spreading lies as the Palestinians have been.
Shameless barbarians.
Appears a great step, but is it?
Hospitals differs in number of parameters including infrastructure, different complexities of patients they deal with. Different socioeconomic status of patients they deal with.
Also why only kidney transplant sauces rate and not of other disease. Are they less important.
Let’s -
Say mortality im AIIMS or Safdarjang Hospital is much more than those admitted to district hospital in remote
Area.
Does that mean district Hospital are much better than AIIMS.
Time to think.
After 18 years, AIIMS has successfully revived its Simultaneous Kidney-Pancreas (SPK) transplant program. This rare and complex dual-organ procedure has freed a 30-year-old patient from lifelong insulin dependence and dialysis.
Despite severe complications, our multidisciplinary team of specialists performed this life-changing surgery with precision. A huge thank you to the donor family, PGIMS Rohtak, and the police forces for coordinating the green corridor that made this possible.

@amitabhk87 साहब ने ही नहीं बताया की दिल्ली का AQI- 167 ( 11 oct) to 345 (20 0ct) - कैसे पहुँचा।
क्या वजह है ।
और अगर कांत साहब को AQI -345 se problem
Nahi hai to 351 se kyon
Delhi’s air quality lies in shambles: 36/38 monitoring stations have hit the 'red zone,' AQI is above 400 in key areas. The Hon. Supreme Court in its wisdom has prioritised the right to burn crackers over the right to live and breathe. Delhi remains among the world’s most polluted capital. If Los Angles, Beijing, and London can do it, why can’t Delhi? Only ruthless and sustained execution can save Delhi from this health and environmental catastrophe.
A unified action plan is vital - to end crop and biomass burning, shut or modernize thermal power plants and brick kilns with cleaner tech, shift all transport to electric by 2030, enforce strict construction dust control, ensure full waste segregation and processing, and redesign Delhi around green, walkable, transit-focused living.
Only such decisive & relentless execution can restore the city’s blue skies and breathable air. https://t.co/radyouEeME

@thisis_drgsp@raja_1980 Instead of succumbing to pressure from insurance provider - person should ask insurance provider where in contract it’s written - they will approve treatment only which is FDA approved. As FDA approval has no legal sanctity in India.
