I contacted customer care and also raised a ticket on the portal as per your suggestion, but instead of resolving the issue and informed that I will not be able to use the IRCTC platform, which is extremely disappointing. Kindly help

I have contacted IRCTC customer care regarding this issue, but unfortunately no help or resolution was provided. I kindly request you to update my email ID or provide an option to change it.
