@HDFCBank_Cares I am HDFC bank Preferred customer since last 10 years but all of a sudden on 4th Jan, I was charged Debit Card Prorata Fee of around 1922 across both SB accounts. My account was also grouped with 2 of my family members as preferred. Refer DM for more details.
