Very disappointed with @Lenskart_com. Poor customer service—staff repeats a script without understanding customer needs. Product quality is subpar & lacks clarity. @peyushbansal, this needs attention. Won’t be visiting again.

Bought a @Bose smart speaker from @cromaretail Infiniti Mall Mum. I have raised multiple requests for installation however have not received any satisfactory response. Today when I called the CS 1800 2677995 the CSR told me that they have not started this service. Disappointing!!
