Divisional Commissioner Jammu @Rameshkumarias and @igp_jammu Bhim Sen Tuti paid obeisance at the sacred Shree Machail Mata Temple nestled in the spiritual expanse of Machail Valley in District Kishtwar, which was today reopened for pilgrims on the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi.

During their visit to the revered shrine, the Divisional Commissioner and IGP Jammu took a comprehensive review of the detailed arrangements planned for the smooth and safe conduct of the Shree Machail Mata Yatra 2026.

The Divisional Commissioner directed for ensuring effective implementation and enforcement of RFID based registration, with counters to be established for on-the-spot registration at Gauri Shankar Mandir Sarkoot, Kishtwar and in Gulabgarh.
