It's been over a week, and my issue with Swiggy is still unresolved.

I placed a prepaid order that was never delivered. The delivery partner didn't answer my calls, customer support couldn't help, and even after emailing the company, I received no meaningful resolution.

Based on my experience, I can't recommend using Swiggy for prepaid orders until they improve their customer support and issue resolution process.
