Although you gave recruitment but there will be huge backlog , resulting into many aspirations depression and anxiety.
You promise to fulfill 20000 post ,but it doesn't Seems like that ......

JTS ରେ ଅଧିକ mark ରଖିଥିବା SEBC,SC,ST Candidates UR ରେ select ହୋଇ 1st preference dist. ନ ପାଇ last preference dist. ପାଇଛନ୍ତି।
ଅଧିକ mark ରଖିବା ଭୁଲ୍।
Raw Mark , normalisation mark, & category of candidates ଆସିଲେ merit list ରେ ସବୁ clear ହୋଇପାରିବ।

District Basis selection may hamper both Costal & Western Belt students.A candidate has to be selected in 1st preference,so he/she may choose any Dist. So make state level selection on behalf of 1.5lakh JT Aspirants
