The lineup just got stronger.
We’ve been sitting on two more additions… and they’re official.
One has coached at the highest level of college hockey and played professionally.
The other is a former Division I athlete now dominating in one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.
Michael Souza (UNH Hockey Coach & former pro) and Kristi Miller (Professional Pickleball Coach at Club Pikibal) are now confirmed for July 18th.
The room is filling up fast.
More details and full bios dropping soon.

Recent story out of Ipswich is a perfect example of what’s wrong with how some New Hampshire school administrators treat high school sports programs.
The principal had already cleared the lacrosse team to play. Then a superintendent stepped in, overruled the decision, and forced a forfeit—all because of a graduation photo showing players with prop cigars in their mouths. Harmless fun props. Not real cigars. Not during a game or practice. Just kids being kids at graduation.
This isn’t about accountability. It’s about leadership that seems more interested in punishing programs than supporting them. Principals who know their teams and communities get overridden by distant superintendents who don’t have to deal with the fallout.
New Hampshire student-athletes and coaches deserve better than this kind of top-down interference that takes away opportunities instead of creating them. Our sports programs already run on the backs of coaches who do far more than their contracts require. The last thing they need is administrators making their jobs even harder.
When will our school leaders start lifting these programs up instead of tearing them down?

We already have a strong lineup locked in ✅
And we just added another speaker that we’re really excited about.
We’re also in active conversations with a couple more names that we think a lot of athletes and coaches in New Hampshire are going to connect with.
More announcements coming very soon.
If you haven’t grabbed your ticket for July 18 yet, now’s the time.
Drop a 🔥 if you’re coming.

Coach Spotlight: John Grainger
Former Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Hanover High School sat down with us for an honest conversation about the real challenges high school programs face in New Hampshire.
Here are some of the key takeaways:
• Strength training and sports-specific development are still major gaps compared to other parts of the country.
• Managing arm care and bullpens is extremely difficult with limited practice time and unpredictable New England weather.
• Talent alone isn’t enough. Many players with real college ability go unseen simply because of where they play and what summer team they’re on.
• The players who made it were usually the ones whose families got them on strong summer teams, helped them get video, and were proactive with college outreach.
John was very candid about the gaps he saw — and what actually moves the needle for players in this area.
We’re grateful he took the time to share his experience.
Who else would you like to see us sit down with for the next Coach Spotlight?

We’re not done yet.
Another speaker is locked in and will be announced very soon.
This one brings a unique perspective that we think a lot of athletes and coaches are going to connect with — especially those who’ve had to adapt, evolve, and build something from the ground up.
Stay locked in. We’ll be dropping the name soon…

🚨 NCAA Eligibility Update 🚨
The NCAA is proposing a new age-based model where a student-athlete's 5-year eligibility clock starts at full-time college enrollment or after their 19th birthday (whichever comes first). Know the rules. #Recruiting
