We have failed our children during #covid19. It’s the job of adults to protect our children, but many adults have chosen not to be vaccinated. Now, there are politicians who are subjecting kids to unnecessary risk by barring mask mandates. It’s a sad reflection on our society.
As of last week, children represented 22.4% of the reported weekly COVID cases. Let's not ignore the fact that kids get and can transmit COVID.

We wouldn’t gather 20-30 unvaccinated, unmasked adults all day in a small room. Why would we think it’s safe to do for our kids? Indoor masking is one of the few proven tools we have to reduce #covid19 transmission. Let’s not take away this option when the virus is surging.
