We will continue to push for a complete suspension of the collaborative practice agreement requirements and applaud the governor for recognizing the important role that NP’s play in our health care delivery system.
Yesterday, after a request by AMNP for a further suspension, Gov. Parson announced a continuation of the suspended rules that were set to expire in June 15th. The waiver on geographic proximity, chart reviews, and 30-day collaboration period will continue until at least Dec 31st.
