Section 36(4)(a) of the SA Schools Act states that the SGB, with the approval of the Member of the Executive, may use school property to supplement school funds, or allow business to be conducted on school property to supplement funds.
Some of these schools already hold liquor licences but a circular dated 13 February stated that the Provincial Education MEC will not approve any application for a business to engage in the sale of liquor from school premises.
A note was attached to the decomposed body.
