@united finally hear back from United. They are sorry for canceling my flight and leaving me sit in an airport all day and charging me a premium price for my ticket with no compensation. Canceled my flight because the crew needed to rest. Sounds like a scheduling problem

@united Non existent customer service. I purchased a ticket for significantly more money, just so I wouldn’t spend the entire day in airports. They cancelled my flight and told me their would be no refund. Spent 15 hours in airports resulting in health problems.
