I have just released the sum of 1.5 million naira after the advisement of our mother, Hajiya Hafsah Baba, a former Commissioner of Human Services and Social Development in Kaduna State. The organization chosen was the Global Initiative for Women and Children which assists women and young children affected with HIV/AIDS. The GIWAC’s coordinates with other health facilities in Kaduna North to provide antiretroviral therapy (APV), mentorship, counselling to the affected individuals. I have asked my Senior Counsellor on Health Matters, Dr. Jamilu Haruna and my Senior Counsellor, Women Matters to liaise with Hajiya Hafsah Baba to engage the following the organisations and provide what is necessary. I would like to thank our mother Hajiya Hafsah Baba for the advice the GIWAC for reaching out to us and for all the good work they have been doing.
