OSSC clearly mentioned in the advertisement that je civil- for diploma in civil engineering conducted by SCTE&VT or equivalent qualification recognised by SCTE&VT . Therefore CHSE science stream is not under SCTE&VT. So JE Civil only for Diploma not for https://t.co/kLSt9z0DIR

Yesterday during final hearing of WPC No-226/2024 , the OSSC & DoWR advocates remained silent while false & misleading data was being presented by non-diploma petitioners in the courtroom! Their inaction jeopardizes the future of diploma candidates. Despite numerous letters from @DoWR to the Law Dept, there's no response. Aspirants deserve a strong representation of the state in the courtroom on tomorrow (22.08.2024) 2PM during Final Hearing.

Respected Hon'ble Chief Minister @MohanMOdisha ,

As per orders of the Honorable High Court the recent proceedings regarding final hearing ,it has been rescheduled 3 times due to the absence of the advocates. Despite numerous letters from @OdishaWater to Advocate General's office, the AG is not appearing and other govt advocates are not defending, standing like a doll in the courtroom. Even when they speak, they request more time to prepare, prolonging the matter since 2022. It's now 2024. How many years do advocates need to prepare for a case ? The final hearing is scheduled for 08.08.2024(tomorrow) at 2PM. We kindly request you to instruct Advocate General Sir to be present in the courtroom and defend the statutory rules (ODISHA DIPLOMA ENGINEERS' SERVICE RULE 2012). #JusticeDelayed_justiceDenied

It is clearly written on the new rule, to be a junior engineer, SCTE&VT diploma certificate is required. Non diploma can also applied for Junior engineer by filing case in high court and OSSC directly supports non dioloma.
