@Lenovo @Lenovo_in I’m a student and my Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 Ryzen 7 hinge has failed for the 3rd time in less than 3 years. Every repair costs ₹4-5k. This is not acceptable for a premium laptop. Extremely disappointed with the build quality.

AC in Coach B1 (3A) is not working. On complaining, railway staff said it is “chargeable” and nothing can be done. Passengers are suffering badly in this heat despite paying full AC fare. Kindly take immediate action urgent.
