@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Reference Order no. 403-0128135-5935533. 2 bags of 5 kg basmati rice were ordered. Only 1 bag was delivered. Thankfully, we recorded a video while opening the package. This happened on Sunday. After wasting our time for 3-4 days, Amazon rejected our claim

With much effort, I was able to cancel my order. Yesterday too the same thing happened, order was nowhere to be found even at 8.30 p.m. though delivery person messaged me at 7.47 p.m that he was on his way. That order was also cancelled. Zomato might as well stop delivering in

@OmaxeLimited Persistent water problem in your Eternity Vrindavan Society. Facility Management replies vaguely and problem is never completely resolved and recurs every 10 to 15 days. Society charges hefty maintenance fees every month but fails to ensure basic amenities.

@airtelindia Raised a complaint in the morning about Internet Outage but it is still unresolved. Chatbots answer with the same automated replies and text messages received from Airtel merely extend TAT without providing any reason. No technician has visited or called.
