@degen44@qatarairways Yes, booked, then canceled and asked to contact chat which is not reachable. Calling is the same multiple no answers and when you get in queue and they dont hangup you'll wait and wait (45+ hours on our end combined). There has been no compensation despite booking busines class
@qatarairways Worst customer service to be honest. Parents been flying over 10 years + BUS Class for 8.I understand that flights were affected by war but couldnt reach CS via Chat or Phone for weeks! On phone I've spent 30+ hours and 20 by my parents who were stuck. No customer loyalty!

@googlenesthelp My nest thermostat wont connect to wifi suddenly and cannot see any networks. Not happy with this as this is a replacement unit that did not last 6 months along with the original and with young kids this is not what I'd expect with a new device.
