During STEAM today, students learned about gas powered engines and careers in racing using a real NASCAR Youth Series car. They compared the gas powered engine to electric go karts using focused notes and had great discussions about their learning! @AntiochMSBears @MNPS_STEAM

Yesterday during our monthly Vertical ELA planning, we analyzed data and TVAAS projections. Teachers used these to make a Q2 goals and teacher action steps for specific support. Also, Ms. Dunlap presented on Annotating in Schoology! @AntiochMSBears @MNPS_SOI @AMSLiteracy

At our first monthly Vertical Planning we had great teacher presenters. Mrs. Calderon shared strategies to facilitate small group instruction and Ms. Douglas shared a Word Play strategy called Keening! We learned so much from these ladies! @MNPS_SOI @AMSLiteracy @AntiochMSBears
