The philatelic counter of KOLKATA GPO is not selling picture postcards over the counter. Though available after Bangopex 2025, they are making bundles, pasting stamps and "cancelling" those for persons who sent "money orders". Everyday they do this.

For whom they prepare those bundles? Why no bill is provided? Why and how some people are getting bundles of postcards and stamps and some never getting that? Please reach their sale counter in disguise and see by yourself what is going on there. Please take action.
