@HyundaiIndia I've tried calling your road side assistance no. to get help in towing my flood-affected car. I was finally able to book one on 2.9.2024. I was told tht due to the situation in Gujarat, they can't provide a timeline but they'll get back to me asap. Nothing so far

The person said I'll get and sms with details of my registered complaint number, contact of the tow service, etc. nothing has come through. I was just on call with the rsa again. After I told them everything, they hung up.
What kind unrealistic RSA are you providing?
