Apparently you can’t redeem points when it’s not your ‘local store’ - WTF?! What kind of a rule is that?? @sainsburys answer when the card didn’t work AT MY LOCAL STORE, and after I had been told it was active, was ‘well you’ve obvs been lied to...’ REALLY?! 😡

@nectar should be ashamed of themselves. 3 times I have tried to redeem points and all 3 times I have been told the card is blocked. I have called and ‘chatted’ via the website and have been assured that the card is active yet have just been embarrassed at ANOTHER check out!!
