Fwiw... I lost my mother when I was 18 and it absolutely rocked my world. I was devastated.

Even decades later, I still miss her terribly. Some days I can talk about her and smile; other days it still brings me to tears

One thing I've learned is that grief isn't linear. It's messy and you move in and out of it in ways you never expect. There's no right way to grieve and no timetable for it.

Just wanted you to know that whatever you're feeling is normal and I'm so sorry you're going through this 💔
