So the main takeaways from today are:
- overwhelming national support again for the strike
- picket numbers increasing
- members resolute in their pursuit of a fair pay award.

Why?
- pay has fallen in real terms by over 20% since 2008
- an insulting 6% pay offer for 2022-23

@COSLA @KatieHagmannSNP Your offer is not in the best interests of the teaching workforce!!! As a Scottish teacher I'm appalled at this offer & how you released it. You've had over a year so to say you are concerned about getting the money in our pockets is a joke! Your 22 offer is 6% not 10%
