@SkyHelpTeam hi, you said to dm you. We need to speak to someone to sort our broadband installation. We currently have wires hanging out of our house as the man cldnt finish yesterday but have been told it’s a 9 day wait until someone can come back.

. @WeAreOpenreach @SkyHelpTeam Yesterday (after already being cancelled on once) an engineer turned up, late, to install broadband. He left at 19.30 without finishing the job - we’re now told we have to wait 9 days for the next appointment! We need to work from home - Help!!
