@KLM HELP 23/1 We were refused to board in AMS from MAN>AMS>SIN>SYD. I had a Covid Recovery Certificate. The KLM staff said I can only use the cert 30 days after receiving it. Bad English interpretation of the rule. You have to fly within 30 days of receiving it, not after #KLM

@Qantas cont'd my partner had a RAT by a medical pro. We were told he can only travel if this is received 24 hours before arrival. It is 24 hours before departure. @IATA also clear states first embarkation point.We told KLM staff it's not possible to have it 24 hrs before arrival

@IATA @KLM clearly can't understand the English advice on your website however clear to us! Refusing perfectly good documents to travel to Australia in AMS. Can you do more with the airlines to translate these reqs clearer, we think so. Total shambles!

@Qantas I have spend hours and hours on the phone to customer support. Fed up of waiting to speak to someone and then being on hold and them hanging up. Our flight to Sydney has not been confirmed and now it has disappeared in the app...we receive no notifications. Please help
