I am furious with @Lenovo. I've had two different ThinkPad L13 Yogas in the past four months, and it's clear this whole line is manufactured with a defective circuit board. And after giving me the first replacement, Lenovo is absolutely refusing to take back my second one.
@Lenovo Because right now, @Lenovo's returns staff are not empowered to behave like decent human beings.
And, come to think of it, that infuriates me perhaps even more than the fact that I've lost $1300 and I don't know how many hours of my time to this travesty.

@Lenovo 4) Whoever is managing @Lenovo's customer service escalation and returns department needs to take a long, hard look at their unit. Please, take a deep breath and think about what changes will facilitate your employees behaving like decent human beings.
There are two basic problems with both laptops:
1) The computers randomly stop recognizing that they have wifi cards. The issue usually resolves with a reboot, but it has taken up to ten reboots for the computer to discover its wifi card, and occasionally a pinhole reset.
