Your policy states a name can be swapped within 48 hours of booking. If this is not correct, and there are terms to this as per rep, you should update your policy to reflect this, but, in the interim, I'm sure customers will expect that you would adhere to the current policy.

The rep also advised that there isn't the function on App to autochange information. Nonetheless, I can see, after research online, other customers have also experienced the same issue, hence updating your policy with the grace period to amend a name within 48 hours of booking.

@VictoriousFest I have to say, you absolutely got VIP right. Access to the event was easy, not oversold (this can completely ruin the VIP experience), location (next to the main stage), viewing platform, free activities for the children, toilets etc! Great experience thank you 😊
