Neoliberalism has destroyed our social fabric in the name of profits, @grogsgamut writes.
"Public services should once again be owned and run by the public."
"I don’t have many maxims in life, but one of them is that the moment you privatise a public service is also the day you should set the date for the Royal Commission into the failures and abuses of the system. Aged care and childcare are the prime example."

Dave Hughes came back to me again last night with a bit of energetic goalpost shifting.
The bigger issue isn’t Dave Hughes. It’s that parts of our media think the person to ask about Australia’s economy is, Dave Hughes.

🚨Sham “consultancy” payments to secretive hard-right arm of the Liberal Party increased by the same amount as Angus Taylor allegedly agreed to pay.
Sham payments to NSW Reformers increased by $3k a month - exactly the same amount as "promised" by Taylor. Explosive...

“Total ban on 7 they are on albanese’s payroll” — my dear Pauline is doing an event with seven as we speak and the person who has security over 10 per cent of the company is… Gina Rinehart!
