“DOMENG” INTENSIFIES INTO A TYPHOON.

The center of the eye of Typhoon DOMENG was estimated based on all available data at 815 km East of Northern Luzon. It is moving northwestward at 20 km/h with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 150 km/h, and central pressure of 975 hPa.
