@VodafoneUK I have done that numerous times and it just tells me to call the retention team and gives a number. There is no form to complete.

@Tesco @coopuk @sainsburys why is it so difficult to buy own brand cereal please? Most shops now only stock branded cereal which is much more expensive, generally has more sugar and salt and doesn’t taste as nice. It’s removed all choice from your customers.
