The police at Kalyan station including CCTV room seemed useless while my mother fell unconscious at the station and I was running around seeking help, wheel chair, stretcher. Around 10:30pm the station master office on platform no.1

I need an investigation and accountability from government for such incidents.

The station master office on platform 1 was locked. Nobody seem to be around. This can be confirmed through CCTV camera on the station.

When I approached CCTV room police for help, they ignored my request and asked me to go to other kiosk on platform.
