In September 2025, the Health OpenSpaces project brought together researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and those with experience of pregnancy to ask: what would it take to change the underrepresentation of pregnancy in medical research?

That conversation is now captured in a new zine: a publication designed to introduce the topic, prompt reflection and discussion, and travel beyond the room it came from. Conversations were brought to life by artists Hana Ayoob and Maha Shahi.
