My biggest piece of advice for going gluten free is to watch out for how much corn you're eating in gluten free processed food products. Corn can be really hard on your gut, especially if you're having digestive health issues. The cross reaction can be awful! My reaction to corn is worse than gluten now. And I'm so sorry you're going through this. I would stick to lots of protein from animals, and try not to eat inflammatory grains. White rice is great! And maybe check out the low FODMAP diet as well. That helped me immensely!
A Short Story of Why I Don't Personally Like the NIPT:
I didn't choose to get the NIPT with my daughter, because I figured the anatomy scan would be more accurate.
3 weeks after my daughter was born, I recieved a call about her newborn screening. They found 2 genes for CF.

My nieces have a dance recital this weekend, and last year they got so many bouquets of flowers that my sister ran out of vases and they were in buckets 🤣
So this year I got them non flower gifts- initial necklaces and bracelets and mad libs!
People with mulberry trees: what are you doing with your mulberries? Just letting them drop and rot or are we canning, jamming, or eating them?
I realized we have two mulberry trees and I hate that all of the berries are going to waste. The only creatures enjoying them are the birds because all of the poop in our yard is purple 🤣😂😬🤦🏼♀️
If you’re someone like me who has a hard time trying new things and isn’t very adventurous, get a mom friend who is insanely capable and outgoing. I’m so grateful to my friend for breaking me out of my comfort zone and getting me out of my house. I feel like the last two weeks have just been non stop outings and adventures and it’s been really good for me and for my toddler.
