The researchers’ main conclusion: Pathway hospitals exhibited a protective effect on patient satisfaction, highlighting the crucial role of positive nurse work environments in maintaining patient-centered care even in crisis situations.

RKU hospital visit. Loved hearing directly from the dedicated nurses at RKU Hospital who shared about the innovative things they’re doing, their experiences, and insights. It was interesting finding out that their respiratory therapists are mostly nurses.
