@HMRCcustomers Hi there, thank you for clarifying. I was able to validate my ID with the Post Office, but now I'm not sure where to proceed with the self assessment registration online using this ID. (I'm afraid something might happen and won't reach HMRC via mail).

@HMRCcustomers I'm having trouble registering for the Self Assessment tax return because I have an EU passport. I've been trying to prove my ID via the Post Office and the Digidentity website, but they keep reloading and the registration doesn't complete. Please help me.

@HMRCcustomers Thank you for replying. The website and all the other online means of doing this were very unreliable and simply didn't work. Is there a way to request for more time already? Where would I make the appeal if there's an issue?

@HMRCcustomers Thank you for replying, but it's written "Register for Self Assessment for any reason other than self-employment" and my reason is self-employment. Plus, I'm afraid this might not be received in time for the deadline next week
