To show you a glimpse of the new menu, this is Jhingo Golbheda, a dish of wild Indian Ocean prawns wrapped in kataifi pastry, served with kohlrabi and pickled mooli. A bisque made with prawn shells a yellow vine tomatoes is gently poured ove the prawns.
