The postponements & lack of urgency are extremely frustrating.
Is this the level of support customers should expect after purchasing from Flipkart? I hope someone can step in and resolve this without any further delays.

I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Flipkart (Order #OD437873757479496100), which was delivered on June 19.
During installation on June 21, the technician found that a bush at the base of the washing machine was missing. @flipkartsupport@Flipkart@whirlpool_india 1/4
However, today (June 25), Flipkart support informed me that the resolution has been further delayed until June 27.
It's disappointing that a manufacturing/delivery defect reported on day one is still unresolved after several days.

@ACTFibernet My Internet connection is down from yesterday night and just getting a message that it will be resolved, mentioning some time and date. This problem is happening frequently in recent times. Current Service request is SR10376028149684. 1/2
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence I have raised network issue complaint for resolving my WiFi problem. But none of the service technicians is ready to resolve it and they are referring other technicians without providing solution.

@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence@airtelnews I recently moved to Airtel postpaid plan. Since, I was having Airtel broadband already, merged all these to Airtel Black plan. My broadband connection was transferred from my brother, so number was changed but name was not changed. 1/3

@Airtel_Presence It is highly unprofessional on your part that you are engaging a irresponsible field technician to resolve customer issues. Please have some moral responsibility in resolving customer issues.
