@bigbasket_com There is nothing to assist here, I order stuff and you deliver it at the promised time. That's it. Period. Your race to reply first and contain the issue online doesn't last long if my offline experience is still disappointing.

@bigbasket_com Modern businesses don't sell anything but convenience glorified as a formula for youth. But EOD it comes down to that, seamless convenience of my otherwise tedious tasks. And if you can't deliver that, at its basic, you lose value.
