Humble request for the department to start a drive in the Bengaluru city to penalise vehicle drivers for using high beam lights within city limits. It has become so difficult to counter this.

Train no. 17210 delayed more than 1.5 hrs. We undrstnd the technical issues & to add on, there’s no proper seating system near the Enquiry Hall. Elderly people hv to run btwn platforms once updated in the only screen near Enquiry hall.

Boarded metro frm RR Nagar at 10:06AM. Usually it takes 1 hour to reach Pattandur Agrahara. It’s 11:16 and train is stopped for more than 5 minutes in Kundalahalli. When the train pilot can speak through the mic. Why no announcements made?? Pathetic service.

Today I travelled from Vidhana Soudha to RR Nagar. The revised fare was ₹120 for two people. Are you really providing affordable journey with this fare hike. People would rather travel in auto or cab. Why would they opt for metro.
